Privacy

We ask for a lot on the enquiry form. Here is exactly what happens to it.

What the form collects

Everything you type into the enquiry form on the home page:

• Your names and email addressSo we know who you are and where to reply.
• WhatsApp country code and numberAn alternative way to reach you.
• Where you are basedTime zones, and whether travel is involved.
• Wedding date, destination or venueTo check the date against our calendar.
• What you are planning, coverage, days, guest count, add-onsTo work out which collection fits and what it costs.
• Investment range and how you found usTo shape the proposal, and to know which of our channels is working.
• How you picture the dayWhatever you write in the last box.

Nothing else is collected. There is no account to create and no newsletter sign-up.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry — to check the date and send you availability, package details and pricing. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in conversation about your wedding, and afterwards as part of our records for the work we did. If you would rather we deleted yours, email us and we will.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Other companies involved

• VercelHosts the site. Like any web host it records requests, including IP addresses, in its server logs.
• Google FontsThe four typefaces load from Google’s servers, which means Google sees your IP address when a page loads.
• VimeoThe films are on Vimeo. Nothing loads from Vimeo until you press play, and the player is embedded with Do Not Track switched on.
• WhatsAppOnly if you choose to message us there. That conversation lives under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough — we do not make you fill in a form to undo a form.

Photographs of your wedding

Your pictures and films are yours. We only publish them — here, on Instagram, or anywhere else — with your say-so, and that permission is part of the agreement we sign, not this page. If you change your mind later, tell us and we will take them down.

Changes to this page

If any of the above changes, we will change it here and update the date at the top.
